(For short-term customer)

You will only have to pay in advance if it’s after business hour when you return to pick up the car.

Otherwise, you just need to pay on your return.

(For long-term customer with special rate)

We will send the invoice to you in the end of every month.

You can choose either paying by credit card or direct debit, depending on which way you preferred.

Q: How Do I Get Access to Drop Off/ Pick Up My Car at Your Depot After Business Hour (17:00 - 09:00)?

(When you drop off your car)

 

You will receive a text message including the password for both our automatic gate and key box a day before dropping off your car.

Please make sure you leave the car key in the key box and close the gate before you leave.

 

(When you pick up your car)

 

You will receive a text message including the password for both our automatic gate and key box a day before picking up your car.

The key will be stored in the key box.

Please make sure to close the gate when you leave

You will receive a text message including the password for both our automatic gate and key box a day before dropping off your car.
