Section 74 of the trade practices Act 1974 implies the following terms into contracts for services covered by the act:

• That services will be rendered with due care or skill
• That any materials supplied in connection with those services will be reasonably fit for the purpose for which they are supplied.

Pioneer Airport Car storage reserves the right to charge the customer for all services that were rendered with due care and skill, although will refund for any services that is in breach of the trade practices act 1974.

For a claim to be made; a written notice, signed by the customer, must be submitted by the customer giving particulars of the breach of condition.
